There are a few important pieces of information to review before purchasing tickets. Please select the items below to expand details.
All attendees must provide proof of full vaccination against COVID-19. Attendees unable to be vaccinated against COVID-19 must provide proof of a negative test result for COVID-19 from PCR testing done within 72 hours prior to the event. Masks will be required for everyone when inside our event space except while actively eating or drinking.
Full vaccination means that 14 days have passed since receiving either the second dose of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine or the single dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine. For proof of vaccination, patrons must bring a physical copy or digital photograph of their vaccination record.
Adjustments will be made based on changing conditions and communicated to our audience. The health and safety of our community is a top priority for our team, and we appreciate your understanding and patience.
TEDxOronocoBayPark is 100% committed to creating a respectful and safe learning environment.
We assume that most people are intelligent and well-intended, and we expect people to behave respectfully and responsibly. However, we want TEDxOronocoBayPark to be a safe and productive environment for everyone. To that end, this code of conduct spells out the behavior we support and don’t support at conferences. The core of our approach is this:
We don’t condone harassment or offensive behavior at our conference venues or anywhere. It’s counter to our values.
We’re voicing our strong, unequivocal support of appropriate behavior by all participants. We invite you to help us make TEDxOronocoBayPark a place that is welcoming and respectful to all participants, regardless of race, gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, national origin, ethnicity, or religion. So that everyone can focus on the conference itself and the great networking and community richness that happens when we get together in person, we will not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form—in person or online.
Examples of harassment include (but are not limited to) offensive comments, verbal threats or demands, sexualized images in public spaces, intimidation, stalking, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of sessions or events, and unwelcome physical contact or sexual attention.
We expect all participants — attendees, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers — to follow this Code of Conduct during the conference. This includes conference-related social events at off-site locations, and in related online communities and social media. Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. Conference participants violating this Code of Conduct may be expelled from the conference without a refund, and/or banned from future TEDxOronocoBayPark events, at the discretion of TEDxOronocoBayPark.
